 3D Animator (Cinema 4D/ Blender/ Mixamo/ Unity)

Scope of Work

1. Produce and refine 3D animation sequences in one or more of the following: Cinema 4D, Blender, Mixamo, or Unity, based on project briefs.
2. Deliver visually engaging character and object animations that meet specified quality and style requirements.
3. Document creative processes, technical setups, and project decisions to facilitate knowledge sharing for AI training purposes.
4. Evaluate, critique, and provide input on animation workflows to enhance AI model understanding and accuracy.
5. Collaborate with technical and creative stakeholders via clear written and verbal communication, ensuring alignment on deliverables and revisions.
6. Contribute real-world challenges, tips, and insights related to 3D animation pipelines.
7. Participate in feedback cycles, iterating on animations and documentation as required by the project scope.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Expert-level proficiency in at least one of: Cinema 4D, Blender, Mixamo, or Unity for 3D animation.
2. Demonstrated portfolio of high-quality 3D animation projects across various genres or applications.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail for documentation and feedback.
4. Ability to analyze and articulate complex animation workflows and creative problem-solving strategies.
5. Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in remote, fast-paced environments.
6. Understanding of rigging, motion capture integration, and optimization for real-time or rendered outputs is a plus.
7. Interest in contributing to innovative AI-driven projects and sharing practical insights from hands-on animation practice.
