Reporting to the Director of Aviation, the position is responsible for passenger safety, cabin readiness, catering, provisioning, in-flight service, and the administrative and logistical activities required to maintain consistent cabin standards across the flight department. The successful candidate will combine sound judgment, attention to detail, adaptability, and a service-oriented approach with a genuine interest in contributing to a collaborative and continuously improving team.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Ensure passenger safety and cabin readiness by completing preflight inspections, conducting safety briefings, verifying emergency equipment, and responding effectively to medical or aircraft emergencies in accordance with company procedures and applicable requirements.
  • Provide attentive, professional, and discreet passenger service throughout all phases of flight while anticipating reasonable passenger needs and maintaining appropriate confidentiality.
  • Plan, source, coordinate, and present catering and beverages for assigned flights, including dietary restrictions, allergies, passenger preferences, food safety, and international catering considerations.
  • Manage cabin provisioning and inventory for assigned aircraft, including refreshments, water, snacks, supplies, linens, amenities, and other items required for passenger flights.
  • Coordinate and maintain department-wide stocks of routine passenger provisions and consumable supplies, including items used on flights operating without a flight attendant.
  • Monitor inventory levels, expiration dates, quality, storage, purchasing needs, and vendor performance to ensure supplies remain current, appropriate, and ready for use.
  • Maintain the cabin in a clean, organized, and professional condition before, during, and after each flight, and coordinate cleaning, laundry, and replenishment services as required.
  • Maintain accurate passenger preference and dietary information while protecting confidential personal and company information.
  • Coordinate with pilots, schedulers, maintenance personnel, fixed-base operators, caterers, ground transportation providers, hotels, vendors, and other internal and external partners.
  • Identify and report cabin discrepancies, damaged equipment, serviceability concerns, and maintenance needs, and follow through until the matter is appropriately addressed.
  • Complete expense reports, receipts, inventory records, catering documentation, purchasing records, and other assigned operational or administrative records accurately and promptly.
  • Participate in recurrent training, emergency response preparation, safety programs, departmental standardization, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Support the development and improvement of cabin procedures, service standards, provisioning practices, emergency preparation, and flight-department processes.
  • Perform assigned administrative or collateral duties that support safe, efficient, and professional flight-department operations.
  • Maintain availability for a variable schedule that may include early departures, late arrivals, weekends, holidays, overnight trips, and extended domestic or international travel.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of flight attendant or cabin attendant experience in business aviation, commercial aviation, or another professional aviation environment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of passenger safety, cabin emergency procedures, service preparation, aircraft provisioning, and in-flight responsibilities.
  • Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally without restriction.
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • Ability to meet company requirements for employment, background screening, training, travel, and aircraft insurance, where applicable.
  • Ability to reside within approximately one hour of the flight department hangar in Greeley, Colorado.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and handle aircraft supplies and luggage, and work in varying operational and weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Gulfstream G550 cabin experience, particularly in domestic and international operations.
  • Experience supporting international flight operations, including overseas catering, customs and immigration considerations, and coordination with foreign handlers and vendors.
  • Current emergency procedures training applicable to business aviation cabin operations.
  • Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certification.
  • Current food-handler or equivalent food-safety certification.

  • Approaches the role with energy, initiative, and a genuine interest in contributing to the success of the flight department.
  • Works effectively as part of a close-knit team and treats passengers, colleagues, vendors, and partners with professionalism and respect.
  • Adapts constructively to changing schedules, priorities, procedures, passenger needs, and operational conditions.
  • Remains calm, organized, resourceful, and solution-oriented when plans change or operational challenges arise.
  • Communicates clearly and respectfully, including during time-sensitive or high-workload situations.
  • Balances independence and initiative with collaboration, receptiveness to feedback, and support for departmental standardization.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail without losing sight of broader operational priorities.
